If you book online, you will receive an automated email response acknowledging your online booking request followed by a personal email from us confirming your reservation. If you prefer not to use PayPal to pay the deposit, please contact us by email or telephone as we do offer other methods of paying your deposit.
The online calendar is live with current availability and shows Guaranteed Best Price for all direct bookings.
Children old enough to sleep in a bed in their own room are welcome - full rates will apply.
We have a dedicated bedroom for guests travelling with their canine friends - Erraid, the ground floor twin room. Please do enquire.

Our Cancellation Policy:
Should you need to cancel your booking with us (for any reason, including ferry cancellations), please let us know as soon as you can in writing (email is fine); a charge for the full cost of your stay will be made but only if we are unable to re-let the room. All deposits are non-refundable unless we are able to re-let the room less a 10% charge to cover our administration and banking costs. We do recommend you have appropriate and valid travel insurance to cover your accommodation costs in the unfortunate event of you having to cancel your reservation for whatever reason.
Covid Cancellation
If you have to cancel your stay due to travel restrictions imposed on you by the UK or Scottish Government under Covid protocol rules and regulations, or someone in your group has confirmed or suspected Covid that prevents you travelling to us, then in the first instance you will be offered the option of transferring your booking and deposit to a new date in 2021/2022. If this option cannot be taken, then we will offer you a refund for the deposit you have paid (less 10% covering banking/admin charges we incur) within 4 weeks after the original stay date.
Covid Protocols
We remained closed throughout 2020 due to Covid and will be re opening for business on 26 April 2021, (subject to fluid Scottish Government guidelines.) At the time of writing this content we do not know what protocols will be in place for our industry and business but we are assuming they will be similar to what is currently in place at the moment ( Feb 2021). We will write to you again nearer the time of your arrival to let you know what safety measures will be in place on your arrival.

All prices are in £ Pounds Sterling (GBP) and are based on 2 people sharing a double/twin room unless otherwise stated and includes a mouth watering selection for breakfast including our famous Fingal's Breakfast. Dietary requirements are catered for but please let us know prior to arrival. Single occupancy of a double/twin room available by request.
All 1-2 night reservations require a deposit equivalent to the total cost of one night. Reservations of 3 nights or more require a deposit equivalent to 50% of the total cost and can be made online using the live availability calendar shown above with the deposit paid for securely via PayPal using credit cards (Visa & MasterCard only) and most debit cards.
Telephone bookings are also accepted and can be confirmed and secured with a valid credit/debit card, by UK cheque or by electronic banking. No charges for cards will be made.

Seaview bed and breakfast also offers the following services and facilities:
Free off-road private parking in front of the house, delicious packed lunches, laundry service, and a restaurant and tour reservation service. Seaview bed and breakfast is wireless broadband enabled, ideal for guests wishing to use Wi-Fi with their own smart phones, tablets and laptop computers - this is a complimentary service for which there is no charge. We are a non-smoking household, welcome well behaved dogs by prior arrangement only (in Erraid - he ground floor twin room) and although we do not have any family rooms, we do welcome families with children aged 10 years and over who are old enough to sleep in their own room.
