HOW TO BOOK
Booking your accommodation or finding out about room availability couldn't be easier.

All you need to do is:
1) Check for availability on our web calendar (please scroll down for availability and prices),
2) Select your dates, duration of stay and room preferences,
3) Complete the enquiry form,
4) Follow the PayPal instructions (no account needed) for a deposit to be paid securely online,
5) Then send your online booking request.
You will receive an automated email response acknowledging your online booking request
followed by a personal email from us confirming your reservation.

The online calendar shows Guaranteed Best Price for all direct bookings.

Green Travel Tariff: 5% discount on first night's stay of 1-2 night stays.

Please note: we only have double and twin rooms but we are happy to accommodate
single travellers when we can. Single occupancy of rooms are subject to availability.

Well behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement in the ground floor room only - please enquire

** Cancellation Policy: should you need to cancel your booking with us with less than 3 week's notice
a charge is made but only if we are unable to re-let the room. All deposits are non-refundable unless we are able to re-let the room
less a 10% charge to cover our administration costs. We do advise you take out holiday insurance to cover your holiday accommodation
costs in the unfortunate event of you having to cancel your reservation at short notice.
